Description

Custom Die-Cut Vinyl Magnets pricing is based on the cut. You may choose any cut that represents your brand. Simply either submit a photo of your desired cut, a description, or a ready file and we’ll do the rest! If you choose a larger magnet size with the expectations of having multiple magnet cuts your finished design will result in 1 cut. Please be sure to submit your order based on the number of finished cuts you wish to have.

PRINTING – (Additional fees will receive an additional invoice.)
We offer several types of printing:
CMYK Printing (Standard) + $0.00
Neon Printing (+ $15)
White Printing (+ $ 10)
Full Foiling (+ $20)

ADDITIONAL FEES – (Additional fees will receive an additional invoice.)
Multiple Cuts – (+ $5 per additional cut)
Design Fee (+ $15) – To avoid a design fee please submit a ready design. (Design should include exactly your finished design and cut. It should look the same way your finished sticker/label looks.)

Choosing the Proper Magnet Size:
Please select your sizing based on the longest side of your magnet design. For example, if your design is 3″ x 4″ inches, please select the 4″ x 4″ label size and we will adjust the final size.

1. Submit a pdf., png., eps., SVG., or ai., or jpeg file of your design as is (finished and ready to go). Designs must have a transparent/white background. If we have to remove the background you will incur an editing fee.
2. Desired Printing. ( CMYK, Neon, White, Foil)
3. Cut/Shape of the magnet.
4. If you want additional elements. (Additional cuts or laminations)

Mock-ups:
Once your design is submitted, we create a mockup (within 24 – 48 business hours) that you must approve before production. We allow a 24-hour approval/revision window if your order is within the processing time. If your design is not approved/updated within that 24-hour revision window, we will process your order as is and ship it the following business day. If your order is delayed for reasons related to additional fees, and your processing window is 1 day or less, then your order will not receive a 24-hour approval window. Your order will then need to be approved by 12 pm CST on your scheduled ship date so that we ship it on time. We don’t allow late shipments.

Processing Time:
We generally try to process our orders within one business day, however, some projects may take the full (3) business days. Based on the number of orders we receive, how quickly you submit your approval, and how complicated your project is will determine whether your ship date is (1) business day or (3) business days. Once everything is good to go, we try our best to process and ship immediately. ***PROCESSING TIMES MAY VARY DURING STORE VACATION TIMES. PLEASE REVIEW THE ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR THE LATEST PROCESSING TIMES.***

*Some designs may require a border. If your design requires a border we will inform you via message, prior to the completion of your order.
*Please do not include images/photos of your design. Please include the design itself, only.
*If you are requesting magnet+s without a background, please be sure to submit an image without a background. If we have to remove your background we will assess a design fee.
*If your design uses fonts, please be sure to convert your fonts to outlines so that your image is printed the exact way you need it. Any designs submitted with fonts requiring a fee to download will be rejected.
* If you have multiple magnet designs and cuts please add each selection to your cart separately to avoid additional fees.

****VERY IMPORTANT***
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU SELECT THE PROPER PRICE OPTION FOR YOUR DESIGN! IF YOU SELECT THE INCORRECT PRICE OPTION FOR YOUR DESIGN THEN YOUR ORDER WILL BE COMPLETED BASED ON YOUR SELECTED PRICE OPTION. FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU CHOOSE A 5″ X 5″ MAGNET SIZE BUT YOUR MAGNET IS 5″ X 7″ THEN YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED OF THIS DISCREPANCY. YOU WILL THEN BE REQUIRED TO VERIFY WHAT YOU’D LIKE AND SETTLE ANY REMAINING BALANCE(S). ALL BALANCE(S) ARE DUE WITHIN 24 HOURS. IF YOU DO NOT RESPOND WITHIN 24, YOUR ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED ACCORDING TO YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT AND YOU WILL NOT BE GRANTED A REFUND OR A REPLACEMENT. ALL REPLACEMENTS (IF HONORED) WILL BE SUBJECT TO A MANDATORY RE-SHIPMENT FEE. *NO EXCEPTIONS.* CUSTOM ORDERS REQUIRE COMMUNICATION, SO PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOU ARE AVAILABLE TO COMMUNICATE UP UNTIL THE TIME YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED!!*********
