You will need to provide a READY design (this means that your design should include all elements needed to complete your order ie, font, color, size, design, layout, design, illustration or etc.) that you’d like on your cup. DO NOT MIRROR your image. We mirror your images for you so if you mirror your image we will re-mirror it. We are not responsible for incorrect prints. Once your design is submitted, we create a mockup within 1 – 2 business days that you must approve before production. We allow a 24-hour approval/revision window if your order is within the processing time. If your design is not approved/updated within that 24-hour revision window, then we will process your order as is and ship it the following business day. If your order is delayed for reasons related to additional fees, and your processing window is 1 day or less, then your order will not receive a 24-hour approval window. Instead, your order will need to be approved by 12 pm CST on your scheduled ship date. We want to ship our orders within our promised processing times, so we don’t allow late shipments.
We generally try to process our orders within one business day however, this may take a little longer depending on your approval and the number of orders we are receiving. Once approved we try our best to process and ship immediately.

*(1) Revision Only. Additional revisions are $5 per revision.

*Completed/ Ready Design (We do not design or offer design consultations, we just print, if you would like us to edit or require our consultation you will be required to pay an additional $10 design fee.)
*Files Accepted: PNG (MUST HAVE A TRANSPARENT BACKGROUND!!!), PDF (MUST HAVE A TRANSPARENT BACKGROUND!!), AI (MUST BE A VECTOR FILE), SVG (MUST BE A VECTOR FILE), EPS (MUST BE A VECTOR FILE).
