Description

Custom-printed stickers are priced based on cut size. You may choose any cut that represents your brand. Simply submit a photo of your desired cut, add a description (optional), choose a cut, overlay, and finished cut style and we’ll do the rest! If you choose options that are different from what you have paid for, your order will be processed based on your order payment. Please be sure to select the correct editing options for the described order prior to submitting your order.

Choosing the Proper Label Size:
Please select your sizing based on the longest side of your sticker/label design. For example, if your design is 3″ x 4″ inches, please select the 4″ x 4″ label size and we will adjust the final size.

Mock-ups:
Once your design is submitted, we create a mockup (within 24 – 48 hours) that you must approve before production. We allow a 24-hour approval/revision window if your order is within the processing time. If your design is not approved/updated within that 24-hour revision window, we will process your order as is and ship it the following business day. If your order is delayed for reasons related to additional fees, and your processing window is 1 day or less, then your order will not receive a 24-hour approval window. Your order will then need to be approved by 12 pm CST on your scheduled ship date so that we ship it on time. We don’t allow late shipments.

Processing Time:
We generally try to process our orders within one business day, however, some projects may take the full (3) business days. Based on the number of orders we receive, how quickly you submit your approval, and how complicated your project is will determine whether your ship date is (1) business day or (3) business days. Once everything is good to go, we try our best to process and ship immediately. ***PROCESSING TIMES MAY VARY DURING STORE VACATION TIMES. PLEASE REVIEW THE ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR THE LATEST PROCESSING TIMES.***

*Some designs may require a border. If your design requires a border we will inform you via message, prior to the completion of your order.
*Please do not include images/photos of your design. Please include the design itself, only.
*If you are requesting stickers without a background, please be sure to submit an image without a background. If we have to remove your background we will assess a design fee.
*If your design uses fonts, please be sure to convert your fonts to outlines so that your image is printed the exact way you need it. Any designs submitted with fonts requiring a fee to download will be rejected.
* If you have multiple sticker designs and cuts please add each selection to your cart separately to avoid additional fees.

***All stickers/labels will come on a sheet unless you request each sticker to be cut individually (die-cut). Any order requiring more than one of the same stickers will come on a sticker sheet. We do not offer multiple cuts for 1 design. Multiple cuts must be ordered individually/separately.

****VERY IMPORTANT***
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU SELECT THE PROPER PRICE OPTION FOR YOUR DESIGN! IF YOU SELECT THE INCORRECT PRICE OPTION FOR YOUR DESIGN THEN YOUR ORDER WILL BE COMPLETED BASED ON YOUR SELECTED PRICE OPTION. FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU CHOOSE A 5″ X 5″ STICKER SIZE BUT YOUR STICKER IS 5″ X 7″ THEN YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED OF THIS DISCREPANCY. YOU WILL THEN BE REQUIRED TO VERIFY WHAT YOU’D LIKE AND SETTLE ANY REMAINING BALANCE(S). ALL BALANCE(S) ARE DUE WITHIN 24 HOURS. IF YOU DO NOT RESPOND WITHIN 24, YOUR ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED ACCORDING TO YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT AND YOU WILL NOT BE GRANTED A REFUND OR A REPLACEMENT.
